Recently, the China Science and Technology Information Research Institute of the Ministry of Science and Technologyheld “the Statistical Result Press Conference on Chinese Science and Technology Papers in 2014” in Beijing. The paper of professor Xu Youlong’s team of the Advanced Stored Energy Electronic Material and Appliance Research Institute of the School of Electronic and Information Engineering entitled “the Electric Chemistry Polymerization and Characterization of Polypyrrole /Carbon Nanotube that Can Recharge and Discharge Quickly” published on Physics and Chemistry Journal was listed in“100 Most Influential Excellent Domestic Academic Papers of China”
“100 Most Influential Excellent Domestic Academic Papers of China”are evaluated once a year. They are selected by the China Science and Technology Information Research Institute of the Ministry of Science and Technology based on CSTPCD. The papers evaluated in 2014 are based on the total quoted number of papers from 2009 to 2013.The papers whose quoted number of papers rank before 1000thin the discipline field of the corresponding year are taken as candidate papers. Meanwhile, choose 100 paper as “100 Most Influential Excellent Domestic Academic Papers of China” according to the key fields and priority themes of Chinese science and technology development by referring to the document types, financing of fund projects and the quoted distribution. The selected papers represent the highest development level of Chinese domestic science and technology papers. Among the 100 papers selected this year, if classified by disciplines,46 papers are on industrial technology,16 papers are on medicine and health,25 papers are on basic science,12 papers are on agriculture, forestry, animal husbandry and fishing and one is on management and others.It is known that only 4 papers on chemical magazines are selected: 2 papers from Physics and Chemistry Journal, one from Chromatograph and one from Analysis and Test Journal. Since 1987, the China Science and Technology Information Research Institute regularly promulgates the publication conditions and trends on Chinese science and technology papers every year and conducts the statistical analysis of output conditions in the fields like Chinese patents, science and technology periodicals and academic books based on it.
The Advanced Stored Energy Electronic Material and Appliance Research Institute led by professor Xu Youlong conducted extensive and deep basic research and applied research in the fields of electrolytic condensers, supercapacitors, lithium ion battery and solar cells in connection with the disciplines like cross electronics, information science, material science, physics and chemistry in light of the Chinese enormous demand for stored energy. In recent years, it has published over 100 papers on the world-famous academic periodicals like Journal of Materials Chemistry, ACS Applied Materials and Interface, Journal of Power Sources and Electrochemistry Communication among which 3 papers are listed in the highly quoted papers of ESI. Meanwhile, it actively protects independent intellectual property right, pays more attention to the connection among production, study and research, strengthens industrial production and application and has achieved significant economic and social benefits.
