From November 25th to 29th, entrusted by Maizeng Zhang (the chairman of the university board) and Shuguo Wang (the president of the university), Changchang Zhao, the vice chairman of the university board, visited Hong Kong to participate in the International Forum of "Cultivating Talents, Building Strength and Supporting the Development of the Belt and Road”, and attended the second executive council of UASR to promote the cooperation of alliance universities and improve the operation mechanism of the alliance. During the visit, the delegation was invited to attend the 80th Anniversary Ceremony of the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, visited the Hong Kong Alumni Association of Xi'an Jiaotong University, and called on the Independent Commission Against Corruption of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, achieving prolific results. Assistants of the President, Jia Shenli and Hong Jun, and officers from School of Electronic and Information Engineering, School of Communication, and international & exchange Department (Secretariat of UASR) and The Communist Youth League Committee of the university were invited to visit all together.
